Yes! In our free consultation which you can schedule here, we’ll get to know each other and explore the challenges you’re seeking support with. Bring any questions you have about my process. If we both agree that we’re a good fit, we’ll move forward from there!
Psychotherapy is a licensed profession that offers support and treatment for mental health concerns. Therapy focuses on healing, often from past injuries. Coaching is a collaborative, solution and goal oriented practice that is more action based and future focused. Coaching with Dawn of Day is available nationally and internationally via virtual access, while therapy is available and reserved for Colorado residents. When you work with Dawn of Day, you will enter into either a therapy or coaching agreement though you will not enter into both.
Brainspotting is an advanced technique used by coaches and therapists alike, to access the subcortical brain in support of releasing stuck energy. You can read more here.
With either modality, my therapeutically-informed approach means you’ll get the benefit and full breadth of education and training I have received as a licensed psychotherapist to inform how we approach your needs from any standpoint. We can discuss this more in your free consultation.
Dawn of Day is able to provide coaching services and Brainspotting to out of state and international residents. Psychotherapy is reserved for Colorado residents.
We do not have contact outside of sessions. Sessions are either 50 or 80-minutes long. You can review options here.
Dawn of Day works with adult individuals. Typical clients are often facing a personal or love life challenge—for some that is dealing with situational or day to day stressors, while others are seeking healing and integration, or education, guidance and growth.
My clients most frequently seek support with anxiety, stress, healing, trauma(s) and life transitions including dating, breakups, divorce and starting over. Clients express experiencing self defeating behaviors, lack of connection with themselves, diminished confidence and self esteem, struggles finding a partner or maintaining a healthy relationship, with a deep desire to cultivate internal joy, happiness, connection and well being—that they’d like support in navigating. I am qualified to work with anyone who is eager to tap into their inherent strengths though I find professional women & those experiencing life transitions most often make their way to me.
If something is calling you to learn more, please schedule a call to discuss! These examples reflect the population and concerns that most frequently find their way to Dawn of Day, though I work with far more.
Dawn of Day is not structured to support acute mental illness including active addictions, suicide attempts / ideation, debilitating depression and personality disorders. Dawn of Day does not work with individuals under the age of 18, couples or families.
Payments can be made by cash or credit through Venmo or Stripe at time of booking. Payment is required prior to sessions unless otherwise arranged.
We can explore this question in further detail during your free consultation, but the short answer is this: if you feel stuck in any area of your life, support is a game-changer. We can all benefit from outside support with the unique challenges life throws our way. You can read more about my thoughts on support here.
